Integrative BodyMind Therapy
Your in-person or virtual (on Zoom) session may include Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, Fascia Alignment, Reiki Energy Therapy, Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, Sound Energy Dynamics (tuning forks), Gong, Bowl or Drum Sound Therapy, Breathing, Systems Informed Therapy, Mindfulness and Wellbeing Guidance. Your health intake/check-in will be done before the session and a self care consultation with suggestion for your to do at home will be discussed after the session.
Initial Comprehensive Session (90 minutes) $175
Follow-Up Sessions (60 min / 90 min) $120 / $160
Children under 11 (30 mins) $65
Dogs and other animal family members (30 mins) $65
Our session will include a combination of chair time (talking) and table time (hands-on) according to your needs and intentions on that present day.

Sound Bath Facilitation
Gongs, Tibetan Bowls, Bells, Crystal Pyramids, Drums, Rattles, and other percussion to help your group sink into the Void and relax, renew, recharge. Sound Baths are held at all types of facilities for meditation, yoga, work wellness, journeying, retreats, workshops, friend gatherings, self care days, parties and other gatherings. Wisdom from a Mystic and Akashic Records Readings
A "Soul Realignment" session looks at the Akashic Records to highlight your spiritual gifts and qualities of yourself to focus on and grow. We also look at your history through your lifetimes and current negative energetic blocks and patterns.A 21 day clearing is given to read daily. You decide if the patterns will continue after that or if you are ready to change your story.
Property/House Clearing- I access your owned or rented property through your record to locate dissonant energies to be cleared. I do not come to your home in person for this service. I send an audio message with what was found and cleared.
Spiritual Guidance in real time virtually or in person. We address a specific issue in which you need guidance and validation of your own inner truth and wisdom. I sometimes use cards to give us a reference point or to assist in reading the energy of the situation.

Property/House Clearing- $65 for clearing and audio explanation texted to you
