Soul Realignment Session
Akashic Records Soul Readings
The Soul Realignment session looks at the Akashic Records to highlight your soul gifts and qualities of yourself to focus on and grow. We also look at your Soul's history and current negative energetic blocks and patterns.
Spirit Guide, Relationship and Manifesting Blueprint readings bring clarity, balance and assistance to you in the areas of: health, relationships, career, finances, family, stress management.
Each of these sessions is delivered in 90 minutes and is recorded for you. All of the readings provide you with a good foundation for continuous spiritual growth and direction for future action in alignment with your Soul gifts.
Soul Readings are in real time virtually or in person. We address a specific issue in which you need guidance and validation of your own inner truth and wisdom. I often use cards to give us a reference point or to assist in reading the energy of the situation.

Your session may include Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki Energy Therapy, Health Intuitive Guidance, Trigger Point Massage, Systems Informed Therapy, Sound Therapy, Mindfullness Practices, Movement suggestions, Essential Oil Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release. Your health intake/check-in will be done before the session and a self care consultation with suggestion for your to do at home will be discussed after the session.

Our session will include a combination of chair time (talking) and table time (hands-on) according to your needs and intentions on that present day.
